Because we were not from the area and were not always going to be in the area, she asked us all sorts of questions to learn who we are and what we truly wanted. I mean she devoted time to weekends and late nights to make sure we were able to find a home in such a busy hectic time for my family. When we were in town, she took time to show around the multiple towns where we were house shopping in. Where the schools were, entertainment, shopping, where to eat and how to get around. The market was crazy, as soon as a home would pop up it was basically off the market type of crazy. She even FaceTimed us and walked through homes when we couldn't make it to the area. She made the FaceTime experience like we were actually there walking through the home. She has a sharp eye for details and would show us up close to everything that we needed to see. She also never steered us wrong, if she thought the home needed too much work or knew we wouldn't like a certain area she would let us know. Nancy wasn't working to sell us a house, she was helping us find the right home to raise our family in. The wonderful home we are in, she found just before it was going to be placed on the market and was one of the few only allowed to come see it. Nancy is an outstanding real estate agent. The best one I ever had without a doubt. Selling my dad's properties was going to be complicated and was compounded with that I lived in another state 4 hours away. To maximize my return, it would require dealing with multiple government agencies. Ranging from annexation/de-annexation, to surveys, building codes, to sewer and water hook ups etc...etc...I was just hoping that Nancy could steer me in the right direction with these agencies. Nancy with her expertise and experience not only knew who to contact but without me even asking her, she contacted all the various agencies on her own. She took the ball and ran with it. I basically didn't have to do anything. I can't believe how hard she worked thru the whole process. Her focus was always on maximizing the return and minimizing the cost! So not only was I impressed with her expertise and knowledge or how incredible hard she worked on this project or how passionate she is (boy do I love people who are passionate about what they do), I truly felt that she cared about me and my dad (she was even concern about the tenant that was living there), The sale was very successful and for the first that at a closing, I didn't mind paying the agent's commission.
